The State Highway Patrol Cambridge Post says a Newcomerstown man died in a single-vehicle crash Wednesday morning on i-77 north just past the Kimbolton exit in Guernsey County.
Post Commander Lt. Todd Henry says the victim, 63-year-old old Christopher Morrow, was pronounced deceased at the scene of the crash shortly before 6 am. Morrow’s northbound car went off the left side of the roadway, through the median, and struck a guardrail on the southbound side of the highway.
Henry says authorities are still working to determine the cause. Morrow was not wearing a seat belt.
