Few details have been released following a pursuit that was initiated by the Newcomerstown Police Department.
A release from the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office says they were called to assist in the chase on Wednesday, at 3:40am.
The pursuit involved a red truck traveling westbound on County Road 9.
Prior to deputy’s arriving, according to the release, the driver stopped on CR 254 and ran from the truck. After a brief foot pursuit, the male was apprehended and transported to Genesis of Coshocton.
No other details are being released currently as the investigation continues.
