~ The Dover Public Library is inviting trivia buffs to test their skills on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. Teams can consist of two to six players, but all will be welcomed. No registration is necessary, and prizes will be given to members of the winning team. Wednesday night’s trivia night will be the last until the summer break.
~ The Tuscarawas Arts Partnership will hold their Signing Day on April 25th from the Kent State University Tuscarawas Performing Arts Center. High school seniors who plan on furthering their education and careers in arts, culture, or creative-based fields. The Arts Educator of the Year Award will also be given to a teacher, with nominations open now online at www.tuscarawasartspartnership.com.
~ Registration is now open for the Tuscarawas County Chamber of Commerce Annual Golf Outing. The outing is August 2nd at Oak Shadows Golf Course in New Philadelphia, rain or shine. Four-person teams can start registering at 8 a.m. the day of the scramble, with a 9 a.m. start. Registration is open now for corporate sponsorship for $1,500, team sign ups for $500, and hole sponsorship for $175 for one hole or $300 for two, and questions should be directed to (330) 343-4474.
