Out of Coshocton County, a citation was issued for operating a vehicle impaired and failure to control following a motorcycle crash.
The Sheriff’s Office was notified Thursday morning, just after midnight, of the accident in the area of US 36 and County Road 23.
Following an investigation, it was determined that 38-year-old Dusty Foster, of Warsaw, and his 47-year-old female passenger, from Dresden, were westbound on US 36 and after negotiating a curve, Foster went off the right side of the road and back onto it several times before being ejected from the motorcycle into a cornfield. The vehicle continued sliding down the road.
Both were transported by Coshocton County EMS with non-life-threatening injuries.
