The Ohio State Highway Patrol will host regional testing for prospective applicants at the Henry D. Bullock Health & Wellness Complex at Muskingum University.

Those who are interested in joining the Patrol can attend the event at 9 am on June 20th, and have the ability to talk with troopers about the service career.

Those who meet the basic requirements to be a trooper can complete and application and written test. To be eligible to join, on must be ages 20 to 39, be a U.S. citizen, have a high school diploma or GED, and hold a valid driver license.

If the written test is passed, applicants can take the physical fitness test immediately. Appropriate business attire with identification must be worn and fitness clothes must be brought along.
