He has served as an Extension educator in Tuscarawas County since 1992, but has moved to the new assistant director position, effective May 12th.

In his new position, Zoller will provide leadership, administration, guidance, and vision for OSU Extension’s ANR program.

“I’m looking forward to the new role. It’s a new chapter. Certainly, have enjoyed the 30 plus years I’ve spent in Tuscarawas County as and agricultural educator. Obviously, I’ll miss those relationships I’ve developed over the years but I’m certainly looking forward to a new challenge.”

His responsibilities also include managing the ANR state office, overseeing financial and human resources, and serving as a member of the OSU Extension administrative leadership team.

“The research that’s conducted addresses real world problems that farmers and other have, and so using the research that’s done, working with our extension educators to translate that research for growers, and help address those problems.”

Zoller stepped into the new position in 2023 serving as the interim assistant director while a national search was conducted.
