Paul Edward Lynn, age 78, of Dover was pronounced dead at 10:37 a.m. in his home on Wednesday, July 6, 2022.
He was born September 23, 1943, in Bethesda, Belmont County; a son of the late Carl Edward Lynn and Virginia Mae Murphy Lynn.
He was a graduate of Union Local High School. After graduation, he enlisted in the United States Army and served his country for three years as a radio operator in Germany.
He was employed by Fruehauf Trailer Corporation in Lorain building trailers for several years, then became disabled in 1966 after an automobile vehicle accident.
Surviving is a brother-in-law, Bernard F. Nichols of Cadiz, who was his temporary guardian; a sister, Mary E. Lynn McKinney of Lorain; two nieces, Donna Lee McKinney Robb of Hinckley and Shari Nichols of Cadiz; and two nephews, James McKinney of Lorain and Matthew Nichols.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Alice I. Lynn Nichols who died December 16, 2010.
Koch Funeral Home, 216 S High Street, Freeport, Ohio 43973 was entrusted with Paul’s cremation arrangements. Burial will be at a later date in Greenmont Union Cemetery, Freeport, Ohio.
