Paul James Neiger Jr., 65, of New Philadelphia passed away on Friday, August 11, 2023.
Born in Dover on March 24, 1958, he was the son of the late Paul James Sr. and Alter (Page) Neiger. He was a 1976 graduate of New Philadelphia High School. Paul was the owner of Industrial Finishers in Dover.
Paul was a member of the Jerusalem Church in New Philadelphia and looked forward to spending time with his bible study group. He also enjoyed golfing and traveling.
He leaves behind his two daughters; Maggie (Tyler) Griffin of Columbus, and Katie (Ben) Shuler of Wilmington, South Carolina; his sisters, Susan (James) Parris of Wooster, and Connie (Charles) Wahl of Dover; his nieces and nephews, Jeff Parris, Jennifer (Jason) Parris, Josh (Yumiko) Wahl, Elizabeth (Mathias Labs) Wahl; along with seven great nephews and one niece.
