The Quaker Oats Company has announced an expansion of the December granola recall.
The updated recall now includes additional cereals, bars, and snacks due to the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. Salmonella can cause serious and possibly fatal infections in young children, elderly, or others with weakened immune systems.
Consumers who have products matching the size, UPC, and Best Before date of any affected products should dispose of them immediately.
