On December 30, 2002, Rick married Judith Ann (Bridgeman) Wolford-Moyer who survives him at their home. He is also survived by his brother, Michael (Jennifer) Moyer of Arizona; many nieces and nephews, including Seth (Kayla) Moyer of Newcomerstown; his sisters-in-law, Ann Edwards, Shirley Householder, Darlene (Ted) Donaldson, and Wilma Bridgeman; and his faithful canine companion, Millie. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Angie, Anna, and Pam; parents-in-law, Charles and Camella Bridgeman; brother-in-law, Bud Bridgeman; and his beloved dogs, Ty and Beau.
