The Ohio Department of transportation District 11 will start a couple of projects on this Monday.
Locally, State Route 416 will close to traffic just north of U.S. Route 36 for five days for a slide repair project, near Frys Valley Road. The detour is U.S. 36 east to U.S. 250 west, U.S. 250 west to SR 259 west, SR 259 west back to SR 416, and reverse. The completion date is October 11, weather permitting.
Also starting on this Monday, U.S. Route 22 will close for five days, just west of State Route 519, for a culvert replacement project. A detour will be posted and, weather permitting, the project will be complete by this Friday.
Be sure to go to the OHGO app or website for detour details, and don’t forget to slow down around construction zones and watch for slowed traffic.
