Construction projects are continuing in District 11 of the Ohio Department of Transportation.
Out of Carroll County, a preventative pavement maintenance project on State Route 542 and SR 524. The work begins Monday, June 26th and will involve chip seal. The overall treatment will be on a 10-mile section from Dellroy to Magnolia on SR 542 and then from Bergholz to Mechanicstown on SR 524. Flaggers will maintain traffic in both directions and the work has a completion date by the end of September.
Out of Holmes County, a two-day closure, on the 26th and 27th is scheduled on SR 83. The culvert replacement is just south of SR 62 and a detour will be posted. The project could last longer since all work is weather permitting.
