Robert Lewis Bowe, 61, of Uhrichsville, passed away on Friday, October 29, 2021, at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville. Born December 29, 1959 in Dennison, he was a son of Alice Faye (Bartholomew) Bowe of Uhrichsville and the late James Samuel Bowe.
In addition to his mother, Bob is survived by his wife, Dorothy D. (Patterson) Bowe; children, Marie Lynn Patterson, Samantha (Zach) Downing, Barbie Bowe, Laken (fiancé, Richard) Bowe, Loretta (Terry) Bowe, Dustin Bowe, and Kurtis (Keerstin) Bowe; 12 grandchildren with another expected; sisters, Betty (Roger) Howard and Dianna (Jeff) Cottrell; brother, Rodney (Debbie) Bowe; and many nieces and nephews.
A lifelong area resident, Bob was retired from Slats & Nails, Inc. in East Sparta. He loved his truck, and most of all, he loved his family, especially his grandchildren.
According to Bob’s wishes, cremation is planned without a public visitation. A private service is planned for a future date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice.
