Robert Rosenberger 92, of Bolivar, died Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at Community Hospice in New Philadelphia. Born October 15, 1929, in Canton, he was the son of the late George and Sarah (Moore) Rosenberger.
Robert retired in 1983 from the former Ohio Bell Company in Canton after 28 years. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran of the Korean War and attended The Bolivar United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years, the former Katherine Squires, whom he married May 27, 1955. Also, surviving are his children Richard (Cathy) Rosenberger of Canton, Bill (Heather) Rosenberger of Canton, Linda (Jim) Thompson of Canton, and Cheryl (Mark) Mickley of Carrollton; 16 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

The funeral service will be held Friday, September 30, 2022, at 11:00 AM at the Lebold-Smith Funeral Home in Bolivar. Pastor Bill Eckert will officiate and burial will follow in Forest Hill Cemetery in Canton. Friends may call Thursday from 5 to 7 PM at the funeral home.
