The Tuscarawas County Senior Center will hold a 2-month long Chronic Condition Management Program.

The program, created with the goal to support seniors with chronic conditions, will be 10 am to 11:30 am every Friday from March 1st to April 26th.

Tuscarawas County Senior Center Clinical Supervisor Marly Miller says the program is for seniors 50 and older with at least on chronic condition.

“The goal of the program is to assist with gathering resources, connecting with behavioral health specialists, and making community referrals to help build referral networks.”

Caregivers can also attend, but the program is geared towards informing seniors about management options.

Guest speakers will be in attendance to speak on topics of medication management, nutrition, staying active, stress management, and living will information.

Registration for the program can be completed by calling Marley Miller at 330-364-6611 extension 2128.
