T4C is hosting their annual Share a Christmas program and the deadline to submit an application is on Saturday, October 14th.
Tuscarawas County Council for Church and Community Executive Director Leslie Booth says this program is possible through the generous donations from businesses and community members who donate new toys and money.
Booth says that applications can still be picked up and submitted by this Saturday.
“Applications can be picked up at any of your local school offices, local libraries, or here at the T4C office and our front door, and then we also have a drop-off box that if it’s after hours, you can put your application in the drop box. The application does request how many people in the household and your income.”
Last year, over 900 families were assisted through the toys, food vouchers, and clothing cards.

Additionally, the WJER/Indian Valley FFA annual toy drive will be held Wednesday, December 6th, from 7am to 6pm, and that same day, a toy drop will be, from 9am to noon, at the New Towne Mall Elder Beerman entrance and all gifted items should be new and unwrapped.
