A shots fired report could mean charges for a 19-year-old.
Tuscarawas County Sheriff Office reports indicate that a man called dispatch on Saturday around 8pm stating an unknown person fired a gun from a moving vehicle in Wayne Township.
The suspect vehicle was located in Dundee. A 19-year-old male was taken into custody for the alleged incident. Charges could include improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, aggravated menacing, and underage alcohol consumption.
The report indicated that a spent bullet casing was found in the suspects’ jacket pocket. A firearm with the same caliber used in the suspected road rage incident was located in a creek near the suspect’s home.
