Mary Alice Reporting – Residents are invited to help cleanup two local trails.
TuscParks is hosting the event on Saturday, April 22nd, from 9am to noon. Participants can choose to help at either the Canal Park Lands on Dover-Zoar Road or at the Norma Johnson Center, at the Yellow Barn off of State Route 39.
Volunteers will conduct general spring cleaning along the trails by collecting liter, cleaning up fallen branches and more. Basic hand tools will be provided but participants can bring their own.
The event will be rain or shine; however, several weather would cancel the cleanup. Volunteers will need to sign a waiver and children, under age 16, must be accompanied by an adult.
