Stella Hazel Ross, age 71 of Port Washington, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 4, 2025 at Riverside Manor in Newcomerstown, Ohio.
She was born on July 3, 1953, in Dennison, Ohio, to the late Leonard and Ethel (Landis) Wright.
Stella married Roger Ross on September 7, 1971 who preceded her in death on May 28, 2021.
She was an avid crafter, enjoyed sewing and was a devoted wife and mother.
Stella is survived by four children; Jennifer (John) Bourne, Sally (Christopher) Gibson, Justin Ross, and Kathy (Scott Baker) Ross; six grandchildren, Laura Bourne, Kayla Kilpatrick, Kimberly Gibson, Kristen Gibson, Madilyn Mills, and Ross Mills; one great grandchild, Isaac Kilpatrick; two brothers, Jay Weiss and Robert Wright; son in law, Ross Mills; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, Stella is preceded in death by her daughter, Brenda Mills, and siblings, Bonnie Wright and David Wright.
Private family services will be held at a later date with burial at Bethel Cemetery.
