Mary Alice Reporting – Elected to her first, three-year term on the board of trustees of the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation, Mackenzie Deetz will represent interests of members from Carroll, Harrison, Jefferson, and Tuscarawas counties.

The Sugarcreek native is a 6th generation dairy farmer, working alongside her father and two brothers, in the Ragersville Valley, where they milk 1,700 holsteins. A member of Tuscarawas County Farm Bureau for more than three years, she has served on the county Farm Bureau’s education and outreach committees.

Deetz attended Ohio State University and has previously worked in the health care and education fields. She volunteers as a host farmer for the Dairy Excellence Foundation and American Dairy Association Mideast, teaching children about agriculture and the dairy industry.
