Susie J. Miller, 87, of 4766 Winklepleck Road NW, Sugarcreek, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at her home following a brief illness.
She was born on July 28, 1936, to the late John and Ida (Hershberger) Mullet and married Emanuel A. Miller on October 17, 1963. He died on February 14, 2014.
She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
She leaves to mourn three sons, James, Larry Lee, and Leon Jay Miller all of the home; her sister, Clara Hochstetler of Sugarcreek; three brothers Emanuel (Carolyn) Mullet of Canton, Melvin (Elnora) Mullet of Sugarcreek, and Dan (Barbara) Mullet of Walnut Creek; many nieces, nephews and friends.
In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by her brother Lester Mullet, sister Elsie Mullet, brothers-in-law Henry Wengerd and Freeman Hochstetler, and sister-in-law Ada Mullet.
Services will be held on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at 9:00 AM at the Wayne J. Yoder residence 8661 Nebraska Road, Dundee with Bishop John Miller, Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Burkholder Cemetery in Wayne Twp., Tuscarawas County. Friends may call anytime after 2:30 PM on Tuesday at the Wayne Y. Yoder residence.
