A new restaurant is preparing for opening day on May 13th and will invite guest to sit inside or on the patio.

Lakeside views will be part of the dinning experience at Dockside Bar & Grill at Tappan Lake Marina, and will be operated by Buehler’s Fresh Foods.

A grand opening, on May 11th and 12th will occur, but reservations are required.

When the restaurant officially opens on Monday, guests will see a menu featuring breakfast items, classic American foods, and specialty seafood dishes, with alcoholic beverages available.

Preparing the food is a team of chefs with over 30 years of training and experience, led by Manager Jayson Slusser, who is a trained chef from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.

The restaurant was previously Waters Edge.
