County health officials are asking us all to take extra precautions and be considerate of others to stop illnesses from spreading through cold and flu season.
Tuscarawas County Health Department community relations director Jennifer Demuth says when sick, just stay home, if at all possible.
Demuth says the other point they make is to always properly wash hands for 20 seconds each time.
TCHD also reminds everyone the health department does offer flu and Covid vaccines, with walk-ins accepted on Monday mornings and Thursday afternoons. Appointments can also be made for other times.
