The Tuscarawas County Health Department is offering sports physicals for spring sports.
Physicals are available for middle, high school, and college athletes. The cost is $30 and immunizations can be added on for an additional cost.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and bring their school’s physical form.
Appointments can be made by calling 330-343-5555 ext. 1810 or ext. 1740. Scheduling lines are open Monday-Wednesday from 8 am to 4 pm and Thursday from 8 am to 6 pm.
The Health Department notes that evening appointments are available.
