The Ohio Department of Transportation is sending crews back out to state route 39 west of Dover this week

This reason is for some quick follow-up work to the improvements made there over the summer.

District 11 Public Information Officer Lauren Borell says it’s slated for Wednesday and Thursday for pavement correction work.

This is scheduled to take place between 7 am and 6 pm those days, and it will be down to one lane during those hours with temporary traffic signals in place.

State Route 39 reopened in august after a 47-day closure.  The 1.2-million-dollar project included lowering the road profile to improve sightlines and stopping distance.
