The Tuscarawas County Convention and Visitor’s Bureau is reminding residents of Travel Tusc Tickets.
Director Dee Grossman says these provide free admission to participating local attractions with some restrictions in place.
“12 of 13 different sites, two new ones in fact the Performing Arts Center and the Lynn Drive-In, and only a couple of sites are kids only. Everything else is adults as well.”
Other restrictions include not being valid during certain days or special events.
Grossman says these tickets can be picked up at the Welcome Center, located at 124 E. High Avenue in New Philadelphia, or at participating locations.
“You only get a couple at a time. You hand it to them in and they’ll give you a couple more back. All you have to do is ask.”
Other locations include Schoenbrunn Village, Reeves Museum, Zoar Village, Alpine Hills Museum, Age of Steam Roundhouse, Dennison Railroad Depot, Trumpet in the Land, Norma Johnson Center, or Fort Laurens.
