The 31st annual Warther’s Christmas Tree Festival begins Saturday, November 16th and runs through next Sunday to support patient care at Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital.

Auxiliary president Nathan Paternoster says it typically raises between a hundred and 125-thousand dollars, and that money that in Dover and is earmarked for specific improvements.

The festival is at the Warther’s museum in Dover and features over 40 themed Christmas trees that people can buy to take home afterward.

Paternoster says the proceeds will help modernize cancer care through the hospital. (the auxiliary has pledged a million dollars towards the renovations taking place at the cancer center and has given 250-thousand so far.)

The Warther’s Christmas tree festival is open daily from 11 am to 7pm for the first week and that final Sunday from 11 to 5. Visitors 12and up get in for five bucks and younger kids are free.
