Nick McWilliams reporting – Parents and guardians looking to get their children out on the pitch can sign up for the Tuscarawas County Soccer Association.
Youth soccer registration is now open for the 501c3 for ages three through 14, and will run through July 12th for the upcoming fall season, which runs from August to October.
Discounts are available for siblings and coaches, and outside of registration fees, the only costs are voluntarily providing snacks and drinks following games.
Home games are played at the Bolivar Dam at Glenpark Road in the village.
Interested players from surrounding areas are also invited to sign up.
All players must have shin guards, and soccer cleats are recommended. No football or baseball cleats will be allowed.
Games are played on Saturdays, from 9 a.m. to noon, depending on age division.
