Not only will 4-H livestock and other items be shown at the 174th Tuscarawas County Fair, but grandstand events will also play a major role.

The evening entertainment is ticketed but not all events have a price, says Board President Reb Billman.

“Band-O-Rama is free. Wednesday night for motocross grandstand seating is $7, and Thursday night is free. Friday and Saturday night, for the truck and tractor pull, seating is $12, and then on Sunday, for the demo derby, seating is $7.”

As there is reserved seating, tickets for events can be purchased through the Performing Arts Center at Kent State Tuscarawas.

Grandstand events start at 7pm except for the high school marching band show at 6pm and the derby at 5pm.

Billman points out a change for grandstand horse shows.

“We will have two days of harness racing instead of three. We will just have Friday and Saturday harness racing, and then Sunday we will have the draft horse hitch show.”
