Gwen Rummell Reporting –

The Tuscarawas County Public Library is hosting genealogy classes for people to learn about their family history.

A March 11th class will introduce the best websites for researching family history and show the resources the library has. “Beginning Genealogy Websites” will start at 6pm.

For advanced researches, a class on April 29th at 6 pm, will share how early church records can aid in family history research.

All of the classes are free, but registration is required, which can be completed by visiting the library’s online event calendar or by calling 330-364-4474.

All spring genealogy programs are offered at the Main Library.
