Mary Alice Reporting –
Work is happening as the fairground gets ready to welcome 4-Her’s, their animals, and all those who visit.
The 173rd Tuscarawas Count Fair runs from Sunday, September 18th to the 24th, in the City of Dover.
Board President Ed Corpman says that they have done some improvements over the past year.
“We are down to one interior building that is not converted over to LED, to brighten things up and to save energy costs. We started that four years ago. It doesn’t seem like a lot but once you get in here, start rewiring, changing fixtures, it take time.”
The single structure in need of new lights is the Merchant Building.
One main goal of the fair board is to continue technology advancements and to get all cables below ground.
