Two individuals with the Tuscarawas County Board of Elections Office has been awarded their Certificate of Completion for the Ohio Registered Election Officials Program.
Thomas Hisrich, the current BOE Chairman, and the local offices director Gail Garbrandt went through the continued education to improve skills as administration personnel.
To be certified, eight classes are required.
