A repeat sex offender from Uhrichsville was indicted last week, accused of crimes involving an 11-year-old.
59-year-old James E. Reynolds Senior pleaded not guilty at a Wednesday arraignment in Tuscarawas County Common Pleas Court. He is charged with four felony counts of gross sexual imposition.
Court records indicate Reynolds was previously convicted of sex crimes involving a minor in 1987 in Tuscarawas County and again in 2000 in Wood County, West Virginia.
Reynolds is registered as a sexual predator in the Ohio Sex Offender Registry.
He is now in the Tuscarawas County Jail with bond set at $75,000.
