The team of volunteers that raise funds for equipment and other needs at Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital is turning to the community to strengthen and grow.

Kaitlin Larkins, with the hospital auxiliary says everyone is invited to their “member appreciation and new member welcome celebration’ on Wednesday from 6 to 8pm at Union County Club.

All proceeds from auxiliary fundraisers, such as the Warther’s Christmas tree Festival and teas i the garden, are all invested back into the hospital.

Larkins says this includes a commitment to raise one million dollars for the new cancer center being developed.

Wednesday celebration at Union Country Club is a free event and is an opportunity to meet with board members.
