Nick McWilliams reporting – Blood donations will be accepted in southern Tuscarawas County in the middle of January.

A Vitalant Blood Drive is back in the village of Tuscarawas from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Community center on January 19th.

Donors are asked to schedule appointments online at www.vitalant.org/ohiodonorportal, using group code 4931. Walk-ins will also be accepted.

The Warwick Lions Club is sponsoring the event, and bring back the drive each year to reach the southern portion of the county at least once a year.

All donors are asked to eat before arriving, and should bring a form of photo identification, along with a list of all medications.
