Mary Alice Reporting – Along with next season’s announcement, the Kent State Tuscarawas Performing Arts Center is continuing with their education series.
The theatre has been holding several shows per year that goes out into the school or brings children to the entertainment venue to educate them about music and the theatre arts.
PAC General Manager David Mitchell explains that a new logo, Pack the PAC, will be attached to some concerts and encourages all to experience a live show.
“All three of these shows that we’ve got coming as part of this, tickets are only $15. We want to kind of strip away the financial burden of attending these shows because we want everybody in the community to come out a support these students.”
These shows typically have students on stage during the performance.
Pack the PAC shows will be the Jonathan Scales Fourchestra, in January, Good Shot Judy, in February, and in March, Christie Lenée.
More details on all the 2023-24 shows coming to New Philadelphia can be found at www.kent.edu/tuscpac.
