Construction in Harrison County begins for a bridge replacement project.
Effective Wednesday, October 4th, construction will begin on U.S. Route 250 at the west end of Tappan Lake. All work is weather permitting.
Detours will not be necessary as temporary traffic signals are in place to maintain one lane of traffic.
Motorists are recommended to leave earlier than usual and use caution when traveling through the area.
The project is anticipated to be completed in the winter of 2024.
