Virginia Lea McMillen, 82, of Newcomerstown, passed away on Monday, June 17, 2024, at her home. She was born June 5, 1942 in Newcomerstown to the late Chester and Pearl (Wise) Porcher. She worked at Groovefold and retired from 31 INC. She enjoyed traveling across the country to see the National Parks.
On June 14, 1980, she married her husband, Ralph McMillen, who passed away on August 7, 2021.
She is survived by her children, Eric (Christina) Porcher of Kerrville, TX, Theresa Ridgway of Massillon, Shelia (Dean) Frank of Starke, FL, Kristy (Dave) Norman, and Misty McMillen of Newcomerstown; grandchildren, Fidel and Adam Campbell, Evelyn Nations, Steven and Justin Ridgway, Haley Bricker, Dakota Findley, Kara (Adam) McCarley, Parker and Tanner Norman, Emma and Elizabeth Landis; great grandchildren, Lucy, Harrison, Zaylee, Arabelle, Colton, Ryder, Paislee, Bronson, Luke; sister, Susan Bryant of Newcomerstown. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Marilyn, Patty, Barbara, Jim, Kenny, Richard, and Gary.
