Walk in Memory on Sunday

The Tuscarawas and Carroll County suicide memorial walk will be held on October 15^th.

This Sunday’s event starts at 4pm, but registration begin at 3:30pm at the New Philadelphia Southside Community Park.

ADAMH’s Board Executive Director Natalie Bollon says this event is a remembrance but also allows those with the same grief to come together.

“Those that have a experienced a loss like that can relate to others that have had that experience. We really wanted to give both Tusc and Carroll counties the opportunity to come together and just share in that individuals know what that feeling is like and to honor those who are gone from our counties.”

This year’s featured speaker will be Shannon Ortiz, founder of Light After Loss.
