Wendy (Hall) Bambeck, age 57, of Dover, Ohio, passed away peacefully on January 10th, 2025 at Country Club Retirement Center in Dover, after a long and courageous battle with Glioblastoma. Born March 27, 1967 in Dennison, Ohio, she was a daughter of John Lewis Hall of Jackson Township, Stark Co., Ohio and the late Myrna Jean “Penny” (Zimmerman) Hall.

Wendy was a 1985 graduate of Jackson High School before going on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Kent State University. After college, Wendy settled in Dover where she was active in the local Little Theatre and appeared in several of their productions. She was a soccer mom who also volunteered at many school related events. Wendy was a big-hearted person with a big personality who met friends everywhere she went. She was a “Wonder Woman” in her positive approach and fight against this devastating disease.

She will be remembered as a loving mom, daughter, sister, friend, cousin, and niece. Preceded in death by her mother, Penny, Wendy is survived by her son, Luke; father, John Hall; sister and brother-in-law, Melissa Hall Seffens and Alan Seffens of Upper Arlington, Ohio; nephew, Shade Seffens of Upper Arlington, Ohio; and a host of dear friends.

In keeping with Wendy’s wishes, her family will receive callers for a time of sharing memories and celebrating her life on Saturday, January 18, 2025, from noon to 2:00 p.m. at R.K. Lindsey Funeral Home, 26 Grant St., Dennison, Ohio 44621. In lieu of flowers, donations honoring Wendy’s memory may be made to Little Theatre of Tuscarawas County, P.O. Box 53, New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663 and Missions Café, 128 W. 2nd St., Dover, Ohio 44622.
