The 2023 Lucille Nussdorfer award ceremony was held Thursday evening.
Five women were nominated for the award that is hosted annually through the Dennison Railroad Depot Museum.
The distinction is given to someone who has created and impact in her community.
The 2023 award winner is Debbie Knisely for her work creating the Alley Cats Marketplace and Fresh the Market located in downtown New Philadelphia.
