“A Playground of Talent” sponsored by Johnson-Humrickhouse Museum
Johnson-Humrickhouse Museum annual student art exhibition: “A Playground of Talent” opens Sunday, March 22nd with a special reception from 1 – 3 pm. Admission during the opening event is free and the public is warmly invited to attend and support the young artists of our community. The exhibit is open until April 19th. The students are from Coshocton city and county schools, Ridgewood High School, Coshocton High School, River View High School, Coshocton Opportunity School and local homeschool programs. The high school exhibit demonstrates not only technical skill but also thoughtful exploration of themes, personal identity and contemporary issues through art. The JHM is located in Historic Roscoe Village at 300 North Whitewoman Street, Coshocton. “A Playground of Talent” is made possible through the generous support of The Schooler Family Fund and in part by an investment of public funds from the Ohio Arts Council (OAC). The OAC is a state agency that funds and supports quality arts experiences to strengthen Ohio communities culturally, educationally and economically.
